You keep your rights

Publishing a book on Zenjaura Read does not transfer copyright or ownership to Zenjaura. You retain full ownership of your work unless you separately agree otherwise with us in writing.

What you're confirming when you publish

Before a book goes live, every author confirms: "I confirm that I own or have the necessary rights to publish this content and cover image." This means:

• You wrote the book, or you have the legal right to publish it (for example, as a translator or estate representative with permission).
• Your cover image is your own, licensed for this use, or otherwise free to use.
• Your book does not infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

What isn't allowed

• Uploading someone else's book, or substantial parts of it, without permission.
• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes another person's rights.
• Cover images you don't have the rights to use.

Reporting a problem

If you believe a book, author profile or review on Zenjaura Read infringes your rights or breaks these guidelines, contact us at contact@zenjaura.com with details and, where relevant, evidence of your rights.

What we can do

Zenjaura can remove or unpublish any content that violates copyright, the law, or these guidelines, at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
