Who we are

Enquiry and quote forms
When you send a publishing, printing, publisher, institutional, corporate or agency enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address and phone number (required), and any optional details you give, such as organisation, WhatsApp number, city, project specifications, deadline, message, and an attached file. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quote or proposal.
We also store your browser's user-agent string and a one-way, salted hash of your IP address, purely to limit spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with the enquiry.
Zenjaura Read accounts
If you create an account, we store your email address and a password (held only in hashed form by our authentication provider), plus the profile details you choose to add, such as display name, username, photo and bio. Authors who publish also provide book details, cover images and ebook files. Readers' activity is recorded to run the service: reading progress, library items, ratings, reviews, follows and notifications. Your public profile, published books and any reviews you post are visible to other visitors.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (for example which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked). Google sets cookies or similar identifiers for this purpose. You can block these using your browser settings or a tracking-protection extension.
Who processes your data
We use these service providers to run the website: Cloudflare (serving the website), Vercel (receiving form submissions), Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) and Google (analytics). They process data on our behalf to provide those services.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have your enquiry details or account deleted, email contact@zenjaura.com from the address you used. Signed-in Zenjaura Read users can also edit their profile and books from their dashboard.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
